Delivery Rates

$10 delivery for anywhere in Singapore.  ENJO does not ship internationally.


Delivery of Goods

Goods are delivered to the delivery address within 7-10 working days, with the exception where an order may be placed on backorder. Backorders will be released where stock is made available. If no one is home to receive your delivery, you will be left with a card to notify you to contact ENJO to arrange for another delivery date.


Receipt of Goods

ENJO or its transport agents will deliver the goods on the understanding that whoever receives the goods at the delivery address is authorized to receive the goods. ENJO and its transport agents may require a signature of the person accepting delivery as proof of delivery


Title and Risk

Title of Goods will pass to you only after cleared payments are received by ENJO. Risk of Goods pass to you at the time the delivery is made to the delivery address or local post office.



We are so confident you will love your ENJO products that if you are not completely satisfied with your ENJO purchase or if any product does not perform as claimed, or is damaged / faulty, ENJO will replace the product or refund your money, for a period of up to 30 days (one month) after purchase.


For all refund and replacement queries please call 6270 8300 and our friendly Customer Care team will assist you with any questions and provide you with a returns form.  The returns form must be completed and returned with the goods. Return postage and handling costs will not be covered by ENJO. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the products to ENJO.

All cloths and fibres have a six month warranty against faulty workmanship.  All hardware including the Floorcleaner, Window Cleaner(Combi) 16cm and 28cm and Flexi carry a twelve month warranty against faulty workmanship.


Products are only covered when used for their intended purpose and cared for in the way prescribed in the Care Instructions in the ENJO brochure included with your order or at  Please keep your Invoice as proof of purchase is required to make a claim.


If you wish to return an item, it must be returned with the Invoice which is emailed after completion of purchase, and all Returns Information filled out on the form supplied by ENJO or your personal ENJOpreneur.
