ENJO Glossary

Customer – A person who is not an ENJOpreneur or registered customer (Member) and purchases the ENJO products at the Retail Price from an ENJOprenuer or from the ENJO.

Member – A person who is registered by an ENJOpreneur. Purchases the ENJO products at ENJOpreneur/Member Price. Cannot register ENJOpreneurs, Members and promote and sell the ENJO products.

ENJOprenuer – A person that is authorised to promote and sell the ENJO products in accordance with the ENJOpreneur Agreement. An ENJOpreneur purchases the ENJO products at the ENJOpreneur/Member Price and is able to register ENJOpreneurs and customers (Members). Purchasing of products are optional.

ENJOpreneur Agreement – An agreement that is required to become an ENJOpreneur. After ENJO Singapore accepts the ENJOpreneur Agreement, the person is becomes an ENJOpreneur.

Team Leader (TL) – An ENJOprenuer who has met the requirements to become a Team Leader. The qualifying period is 6 months from the time the application to become a Team Leader is approved. ENJO Singapore reserves the right to reject any application submitted by an ENJOprenuer to become a Team Leader. A Team Leader needs to have a minimum of $2,000 in Net Sales per month from herself and her Direct Team to maintain her Team Leader status. A Team Leader will be reverted to an ENJOprenuer if she fails to maintain her monthly status for a period of 3 consecutive months. When this happens, the Team Leader and her entire team will be placed under her direct Team Leader.

Team Leader Qualifying Requirements – To become a Team Leader, the ENJOprenuer must submit an application stating her intention and desire to become a Team Leader. From the date of acceptance by ENJO Singapore, the ENJOprenuer and her Direct Team (those recruited by her) have 6 months to achieve 3,000 product points in Sales. The ENJOprenuer will be appointed as a Team Leader upon achieving 3,000 product points in sales within 6 months. In the event that the ENJOprenuer does not meet the requirements, she will remain as an ENJOprenuer and may apply again to become a Team Leader.

ENJO Business Leader (BL) – A Team Leader becomes a Business Leader when she has helped one of her ENJOprenuers to become a Team Leader. When an ENJOpreneur becomes a Team Leader, she will breakaway from her Team Leader. A Business Leader needs to have a minimum of $2,000 in Net Sales per month from herself and her Direct Team to maintain her Business Leader status. A Business Leader will be reverted to an Team Leader if she fails to maintain her monthly status for a period of 3 consecutive months. When this happens, the Business Leader and her entire team will be placed under her direct Business Leader.

Breakaway – A breakaway occurs when an ENJOprenuer has qualified and has been appointed by ENJO Singapore as a Team Leader. The new Team Leader and her entire team will breakaway from her Team Leader and becomes a standalone team.

Retail Price (RP) – The Retail Price of the ENJO products as decided by ENJO Singapore and may change from time to time.

ENJOpreneur/Member Price (EMP) – This is the price that ENJOpreneurs and Members pay when they purchase the ENJO products. ENJOprenur/Member Price = Retail Price less Commissions and shipping and taxes if applicable.

Net Sales (NS) – Net Sales = ENJOpreneur/Member Price less ENJOpreneur Bonus and shipping and taxes if applicable.

Team Net Sales (TNS) – Team Net Sales is the Net Sales of your Team Leader or Business Leader Teams

Direct Team – ENJOprenuers and Members that are personally registered/recruited by the you.

Indirect Team – ENJOprenuers and Members that are registered/recruited by your ENJOprenuers.

Commissions – The difference between the Retail Price and the ENJOpreneur/Member Price. An ENJOprenuer purchases the products at ENJOpreneur/Member Price and sells to the customer at a price not more than the Retail Price.

ENJOprenuer Bonus (EB) – A bonus paid to the ENJOprenuer for the purchases made by her Direct Team. The current EB is 10% of the ENJOpreneur/Member Price less any shipping and taxes if applicable. The EB is decided by ENJO Singapore and may change from time to time.

ENJO Leadership Bonus (ELB) – A bonus paid to the Team Leader for the purchases of her Direct and Indirect Team. The current ELB is up to 20% of the Net Sales of her Direct and Indirect Team. The ELB is decided by ENJO Singapore and may change from time to time.

ENJO Business Bonus (EBB) – A bonus paid to a Business Leader on the Team Net Sales of her breakaway Teams up to 3 Generations. The EBB is 5% on the Team Net Sales of each Generation. The EBB paid up to 3 Generations depends on the Business Leader Title that she has achieved for the month. The EBB is decided by ENJO Singapore and may change from time to time.

Generations – The different levels of Team Leaders in your organisation. When your personally recruited ENJOprenuer becomes a Team Leader she is your 1st Generation. When an ENJOprenuer in your 1st Generation becomes a Team Leader she is your 2nd Generation. When an ENJOprenuer in your 2nd Generation becomes a Team Leader, she is your 3rd Generation.

Business Leader Titles – The 3 Business Leader Titles are: Business Executive, Business Director and Business Executive Director. Business Leader Titles are used to determine the EGB to be paid for the month. Business Executive will earn EGB on 1st Generation Team Leaders and Business Leaders, Business Director will earn EGB on 2nd Generation Team Leaders and Business Leaders and Business Executive Director will earn EGB on 3rd Generation Team Leaders and Business Leaders.
